Softlogic Life stands as one of Sri Lanka’s most progressive life insurance providers, redefining how people think about insurance by making it more human, inclusive, and purpose-driven. With over two million policyholders, the company has earned recognition for innovation, customer experience, and social impact consistently ranking among Sri Lanka’s most awarded insurers. Softlogic Life is deeply committed to enhancing the overall well-being of its employees and customers alike, setting a new standard for workplace culture and corporate responsibility in the country.
On World Mental Health Day (10th Oct) 2025, Softlogic Life took a meaningful step forward in supporting the mental well-being of its employees by partnering with Happy Mind, Sri Lanka’s largest private mental health services provider.
Through this partnership, Softlogic Life employees now have access to free professional counselling, a range of mental health resources, and an ongoing lineup of monthly webinars, weekly wellness classes, and periodic workshops, all designed to foster healthier, happier, and more resilient teams.
To officially launch the initiative, Happy Mind conducted a special company-wide webinar on the importance of mental health and the resources now available to every Softlogic Life employee. The session marked more than just the start of a partnership; it marked the beginning of a stronger commitment to holistic employee care.
In Softlogic Life, we’ve found a partner that shares our belief – that when people thrive mentally and emotionally, organizations flourish naturally.
