Aitken Spence Renews Employee Mental Wellness Partnership with Happy Mind
Happy Mind News | March 4, 2026 | 2 Min Read
Aitken Spence has renewed its partnership with Happy Mind, extending access to professional mental health support for employees across the Group for another year.
This renewal reflects Aitken Spence’s continued commitment to prioritising employee well-being as a core part of its people strategy, ensuring that mental health support remains accessible, confidential, and stigma-free for its workforce.
Since the launch of the partnership, Happy Mind has supported employees across the Aitken Spence Group through its structured Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), providing access to qualified mental health professionals via a secure and convenient digital platform and also through in-person sessions.
While individual outcomes remain confidential, the programme has been widely utilised and has played a meaningful role in supporting employees through personal and professional challenges, reinforcing the importance of sustained mental wellness initiatives within large, diversified organisations.
With this renewal, employees across the Aitken Spence Group will continue to benefit from the same comprehensive mental health support framework, ensuring consistency, continuity, and ease of access across all Group companies.
The renewed engagement underscores the value of long-term partnerships in building psychologically safe workplaces and embedding mental well-being into organisational culture rather than treating it as a short-term initiative.
Happy Mind remains focused on delivering quality and critical mental health support tailored to the needs of Sri Lankan workplaces. The continuation of this partnership highlights the growing recognition among leading corporates that employee well-being is fundamental to sustainable performance and organisational resilience.
Happy Mind works with organisations across Sri Lanka to design and deliver effective employee mental wellness programmes that are accessible, confidential, and impactful.
